Should I vaccinate or not?

I decided to write about this controversial topic because many of you; family, friends, and clients have been contacting me directly about getting vaccinated or not and what a vaccine detox really means. Here are answers to your most frequent questions. |
Please give me your personal opinion?
What most of you might not know is that most health care providers are ethically bound to never share their personal opinion with patients. They can only give a professional opinion in the best interest of the patient. As a registered nurse I took an oath to adhere to nursing core values and the nursing code of ethics to always protect and never harm. So, my personal opinion is irrelevant, what is most important is that you receive the information required to make an informed decision about your health and that of your loved ones. Are You Anti-vaccines? I am not anti-vaccines; I am Pro-Informed Consent. It is your right to be informed about what is been put into your body. Just like you should be warned Tylenol (Acetaminophen) can cause liver damage, in that same manner, you should be warned by your provider about the ingredients in vaccines, the way those ingredients interact with your body, and the possible side effects. Only then you will be able to make an informed decision. |
What
Should I do?
Do your own research. Although it is time consuming and can be very confusing plus you can find great arguments on both sides, it will help you formulate your own conclusions. Be aware of who is a reputable/good source of information and who is not. Always question their intentions and what they have to win or loose? Pharmaceutical propaganda can cloud perspectives and therefore you may end up rather confused, trusting the media or those with the greater authority or education to make decisions for you. I will continue to say; that is also your choice. Overall please: "Respect Others". We are one human race, and our differences are the things that makes us unique and special. For some of you that are big health advocates, you really want to know what you are putting in your body, and how does it affect you now, and later in life. Some of you just rather trust the authorities and not engage in controversies. No matter your position and opinion, always respect each other and be kind. Weather you choose to get vaccinated or not, I want to help you stay healthy.
What Am I
Putting In My Body?
Anything
taken into your body can potentially harm you. The exception is when a substance does not enter your body through the nose or mouth, but it bypasses the natural port of entry and goes directly into your blood stream. The body reacts differently and the risk of side effects increase greatly. Another consideration is something called Bio-individuality. Just like a medications and type of food can be healing to one person but poisonous for
another. Bio-individuality means we are all
different and you may react or respond differently to different things at different
times. Vaccines
are foreign elements being introduced directly into your blood stream
(intramuscular-capillary-blood stream. Always remember your pathophysiology).
How much
is too much?
No
body knows. Because the number of vaccinations has increased so much some
people worry about the synergistic (combined power) effect and the long-term
effects of those substances have in your body’s neurological and immunological
systems. Compare to taking one medication versus taking 6 medications, and how
will it affect you in 5 days versus 5 years? Some argue that constantly
bombarding our body with vaccines, pesticides, radiation, junk food, etc, and
therefore, all that is the cause of so many autoimmune disorders.
What About
The Covid-19 Vaccine?
If
you are concern about the covid shot go to: “Appendix C: Ingredients
included in COVID-19 vaccines on the CDC webpage at (CDC Covid-19)” and
open each of the three vaccine PDF files. Pfizer, Moderna, and Janssen. So far
I noticed they report a suggested increase risk of thrombosis with thrombocytopenia
in females ages 18-49 for the Janssen vaccine. Needless to say, that is just a
glimpse of the report. You really have to read and do your homework if you want
to know more.
Why Should
I Detox After Vaccination?
Vaccines re made to create an immune response.
What that means is your body gets ready to fight and all alarms go off inside.
An immune response is something that happens when you get exposed to something
foreign. Vaccines also cause an inflammatory response. For example, when you cut
your finger an inflammatory response creates a blood clot to stop the bleeding,
swelling in the area, and pain. The same happens when you receive a vaccine. Sometimes
in a larger scale than desired. That’s why the government created the vaccine
injury compensation program. (Health 2021).
What
I found is that vaccine detox are proposed in a way to helping your body come
down from the shock the vaccine creates in your body by strengthening the Immune
system in a natural way and attempting to reducing the inflammation state which
it is well known to be the root cause of illnesses, diseases and autoimmune
disorders.
I Choose
To Be Vaccinated, Now What?
Perhaps
you believe it’s going to protect you and your loved ones, maybe you are being
forced to take a vaccine to enter a school program, to get a job, or to keep
your current job, the fact is I want to help you. Please read my disclosure in
full, stay well informed and weigh your pros and cons. It is your health after
all.

Do not use plastic on microwaves to heat up your food Get plenty of sleep and sunlight Reduce or stop smoking and drinking Practice yoga, meditation or prayer, take a deep breath and smile. |
Increase Bowel Motility: (poop more often) increasing your fiber and water intake will help your digestion and excreting yesterday’s steak will help your intestines get rid of lingering toxins. Eat more salads and fruits: lettuce, avocado, bananas, whole oranges, papaya, mango, pears |
Eat More Clean and Organic Foods if Possible. Greens: spinach, kale, brussels sprouts, broccoli, collard greens, fresh cilantro… Juice: Green apples, celery, ginger, lemons, cucumbers Supplements: Chlorella, Spirulina, Omega 3 fatty acids (fish oil) Vitamins: Vitamin C, B Complex, calcium Probiotics, prebiotics: Yogurt, kefir, and fermented foods such as homemade sauerkraut, and homemade pickles |
